Our products, production, and storage facilities are equipped with the Health Authorization required by Article 2 of Law 30/4/1962 No. 283 and Article 25 of Presidential Decree 26/3/1980 No. 327, and both facilities and equipment comply with the minimum requirements set by the above regulations.

The supplied products comply with both National and European regulations on hygiene and food safety. The company has adopted the Manual of Good Hygiene Practice in compliance with EC Regulations 852/2004 and 178/2002.

Due to the type of activity and the available space in the kitchen, cross-contamination among all allergens cannot be excluded: primarily cereals containing gluten (wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, kamut, or their hybridized strains), eggs, fish, peanuts, soy, milk (including lactose), tree nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, Brazil nuts, pistachios, macadamia or Queensland nuts), celery, mustard, sesame seeds, sulphur dioxide and sulphites above 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l SO₂.
